Privacy Policy

At, we recognize that your privacy is important. This document outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use (the “Website”), as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard information. We hope this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us.

We strive to maintain the highest standards of decency, fairness and integrity in all our operations. Likewise, we are dedicated to protecting our customers’, consumers’ and online visitors’ privacy on our website.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

We collect personally identifiable information from the visitors to our Website only on a voluntary basis. Personal information collected on a voluntary basis may include name, postal address, email address, company name and telephone number.

This information is collected if you request information from us, participate in a survey or giveaway (lucky draw), and sign up to join our email list or request some other service or information from us. The information collected is internally reviewed, used to improve the content of our Website, notify our visitors of updates, and respond to visitor inquiries.

Once information is reviewed, it is discarded or stored in our files. If we make material changes in the collection of personally identifiable information we will inform you by placing a notice on our site. Personal information received from any visitor will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

Information collected via contact forms is used only by us to communicate with you regarding your inquiries. No one else receives this information. This function is currently disabled but we may include later on.

When you sign up for our mailing list, your name and email are kept by our mailing list provider, MailChimp, for the purpose of sending newsletters via email. If you choose to subscribe, you will receive freebies download such as PDF file, e-book and/or access to a password protected page on our Website to get more free resources (we will email you the password). You can always unsubscribe at anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email you receive from us. After you unsubscribe, you may still keep the freebies download that we offer at the time you sign up. But you may or may not have access to the password protected page depending on whether we remain the same password or different.

We use Google Analytics to track anonymous usage data. Information is collected through the use of cookies and is used only to analyze site performance, and this gives us information on page views and site traffic (but NOT anything about who you are or any kind of personal information).

We embed Youtube videos in some blog posts, videos that are created by others (and us later on) and store on the Youtube site. Youtube uses cookies: to track what you have seen in order to recommend related videos, to estimate your bandwidth and thus deliver videos at the relevant speed, and to track mobile users’ geographical location.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. Cookies are identifiers that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize the sites pages, or register with any of our site’s services, a cookie enables the Website to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying your Web browser; however, if you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the site. Please read the Cookie Policy for more details.

A web beacon is a transparent image file used to monitor your journey around a single website or collection of sites. They are also referred to as web bugs and are commonly used by sites that hire third-party services to monitor traffic. They may be used in association with cookies to understand how visitors interact with the pages and content on the pages of a web site.

We may serve third-party advertisements that use cookies and web beacons in the course of ads being served on our Website to ascertain how many times you’ve seen an advertisement. No personally identifiable information you give us is provided to them for cookie or web beacon use, so they cannot personally identify you with that information on our web site.

Browsers can be set to accept or reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent. Privacy software can be used to override web beacons. Taking either of these actions shouldn’t cause a problem with our site, should you so choose.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not share names or email addresses sent via contact forms and emails with any other party. If you sign up for our mailing list, MailChimp will have your name and email address. Google Analytics (GA) only retains information about visitors, pages viewed, etc. GA does not collect any information that could identify you personally (but they collect data around the web in various forms and aggregate it). Data collected by social media companies, such as that from embedded Youtube videos, becomes part of the data that Google collects. WordPress itself does not share any data with anyone.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our Website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Please note in the event that you purchase products and/or services from us, we may keep some of your information (including name, contact, payment and transaction data) for seven years for accounting compliance.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, accounting, legal, or security purposes.

Where We Send Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Children Under The Age of 13

This Website is directed to adults; it is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website.

Non-Personal Information

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. The information collected is used solely for internal review and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Release of Information

If the Website is sold, the information we have obtained from you through your voluntary participation in our site may transfer to the new owner as a part of the sale in order that the service being provided to you may continue. In that event, you will receive notice through our Website of that change in control and practices, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the purchaser honors any opt-out requests you might make of us.

How You Can Correct or Remove Information

We provide this Privacy Policy as a statement to you of our commitment to protect your personal information. If you have submitted personal information through our Website and would like that information deleted from our records or would like to update or correct that information, please email us at

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date mentioned at the bottom of the page. We may make changes to this page from time to time, and in our sole discretion. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our Website that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy so that you will know what information we collect and how we use it.
